Please be advised that all purchases of treatment series, received treatments and deposits are non-refundable. Once a treatment series is bought, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a suitable resolution. In instances where the treatment series cannot be completed, services received are charged at full price and the remaining balance may be used as in-office credit for future services or retail items. Similarly, deposits can be used as in-office credit for future services or retail items.
