Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ve streamlined our facial offerings into two elevated experiences: a results-driven 60-minute facial and an enhanced 90-minute facial, for deeper correction and advanced customization. Every facial begins with a comprehensive skin assessment and is tailored by your esthetician to target concerns such as congestion, breakouts, inflammation, texture and overall skin vitality.

60 Minute Facial
This Signature Clarifying facial is a corrective, results-driven treatment designed to reset congested, breakout-prone or stressed skin while restoring balance and clarity. This 60-minute facial focuses on deep yet gentle cleansing, targeted exfoliation, necessary extractions and treatment masks selected specifically for your skin’s needs. Every step is customized to calm inflammation, refine pores and support a healthier skin barrier, leaving your complexion visibly clearer, refreshed and more balanced without over-stripping or irritation.
90 Minute Facial
The 90-minute Facial builds upon our foundational clarifying treatment, allowing time for deeper correction, advanced customization and enhanced results. In addition to everything included in the 60-minute facial, this elevated experience includes one advanced enhancement—dermaplaning, red light therapy or lymphatic drainage—selected to further improve texture, dullness, reduce inflammation and support skin detoxification and renewal. The extended treatment time allows for more targeted correction while maintaining a deeply relaxing experience, resulting in calmer, clearer, more refined skin with an added boost of radiance and longevity.

This customized back facial is for anyone that struggles with acne or dry, itchy skin on their back. This relaxing experience begins with dry brushing, features a divine back massage and includes extractions as needed. Tailored to decrease inflammation, you’ll leave this back facial with calmer, clearer skin.

Because Refresh & Renew is a MedSpa, we have access to highly customized equipment, tools and serums with active ingredients not available at a traditional day spa. These treatment options give our estheticians the unique ability to effectively target and combat your specific skincare concerns like acne or aging during your facial.
Another added bonus of getting your facial at Refresh & Renew MedSpa in Clarkson, MI: You can add on treatments to your facial appointment, such as extractions, dermaplaning or a chemical peel, to maximize your results.

There is no downtime after receiving one of our facials. If you add on other services, there may be downtime or aftercare procedures associated with your chosen treatments.

You sure can! Just make sure to book two separate appointments on our online scheduler for the different services you’d like to get. Schedule the facial first and then the filler or tox for afterwards. We love when you make the most of each visit!

We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute add ons during your facial appointment. Depending on what you want to add on, your esthetician may be able to do both treatments within your appointment time. If you think you may want to add an additional treatment when you have your facial, call our Clarkston office at (248) 795-5568 to let us know so we can ensure there’s enough time set aside in the event that you do decide to add another treatment on the day of your appointment.
